We've done our research on several free or 'low cost' web design companies. We found that although they offer low upfront cost to get started, they use replicated templates (which is horrible for SEO and getting you found on Google) and then hold your website hostage with a monthly fee just for your website to exist! If you stop paying, your website disappears. Plain and simple, we are a custom web agency. You pay us to create a phenomenal and original web presence. It's your website and we want you to own it. You do not continue to pay us unless you purchase a monthly maintenance plan for us to continue website updates. Your annual domain, hosting and SSL fees are your only recurring charges, and that goes to the hosting provider just like what we pay to keep this website online.

Our WordPress solutions are intended for you as the website owner to be able to edit and potentially maintain on your own if you wish. This is especially helpful for those with blogs or ecommerce. For our custom-coded websites, you can pay a one-time source code release fee, and we will hand over all the files for your website that you can edit, although we recommend having an expert do it for you. Many of our clients are non-technical and contact us to make changes as they need. Ongoing maintenance packages are available and flexible according to your needs. These can include administrative updates, backups, and content changes to keep your website running smoothly. We also have training and support available if needed.

To begin a project, you can simply contact us through the form on our website or via phone. Then you can schedule an initial consultation so that we can understand your needs, goals, and vision for your digital presence. We would love to get to know you and see how we can help you achieve your goals.

We use a six-step process to provide our clients clarity during their project.

Step 1: Free Consultation - A one-hour consultation to discuss your project needs and goals. If we’re a fit, we’ll send an invoice for your project.
Step 2: Project Initiation – Once you pay on your invoice, we’ll send a link to gather your design preferences and website information for your logo and website design. At this time, WebBot Services will contact you to reserve your domain and hosting.
Step 3: Research & Discovery – We do extra research to help clarify your brand and set you apart from your competition.
Step 4: Branding Creation – We’ll work interactively with you to nail down a logo design that speaks to you and while our technical team works on your website farmework.
Step 5: Web Design & Development – Our design and development team comes together to build your unique brand presence.
Step 6: Site Launch & Training – Your website goes live and we deliver your finished, print-ready logo and all your materials for your social media kit. If you have a WordPress site, we can do a personalized training with you to go over the basics of managing your website and how to implement your social media package. You'll receive a 30-day review period (90 days for Enterprise Elite projects) for minor complimentary edits, 3,6, or 12 months of technical support. Any remaining balance must be paid before launch.

The timeline varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project. For our custom-coded solutions, we quote a 30-day turnaround from your initial brand consultation; larger projects and WordPress websites can take 60 days due to the added detailed functionality and the fact that they generally have many more pages requiring planning of content structure. These are estimates, but the real answer depends on how quickly you as the client respond to requests for details, information, images, video, preferences, etc. We always do our best to deliver as quickly as we can while giving each client the undivided attention they deserve.

Each website package has features detailed in our pricing section. Every website we build comes with essential SEO features to boost your visibility, and we never cut corners on quality. You can count on us for clean, mobile-friendly code, clear content, and full ADA/accessibility compliance. We make sure your website includes well-crafted description and meta tags so search engines can find you easily. For all our websites, we go the extra mile with image optimization to ensure your site loads quickly and runs smoothly.

Yes, we specialize in both building new websites and redesigning existing ones. We can refresh your website's look, improve user experience (ADA compliant and mobile friendly), and update technology to meet current standards. Several of our customers come to us with existing websites, and we regularly import content from other platforms (e.g. Wix, Weebly, Shopify, or social media). You have two choices; you can allow us access into your current website in order to make changes, or you can move your website to WebBot Services to take advantage of our pricing and world-class support.
