• We provide custom digital services, not off-the-shelf products
• Payments are required before final delivery
• Due to the custom nature of our work, payments are non-refundable
• Hosting, domains, and email are not billed by WebBot Designs
• Disputes should be handled through mediation first, not chargebacks or lawsuits

1. Services

WebBot Designs provides professional digital services including, but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Branding, logo creation, and digital assets
• SEO, accessibility, analytics, automation, and AI-assisted solutions
• Digital marketing and technical consulting

All services are custom and project-based.

2. Scope of Work

Services are performed based on the scope outlined in a proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

• Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees
• Project timelines depend on timely client feedback and approvals
• Delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines

3. Payments & Billing

1. Payment Terms
   • Payment is due in full upon invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing
   • WebBot Designs does not offer standard payment plans
   • If a payment arrangement is approved:
   • A minimum 50% deposit is required before work begins
   • The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery
2. Delivery Condition
   • Final websites, files, credentials, or digital assets will not be released until all invoices are paid in full

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services and the immediate allocation of time, labor, and resources:

• All payments are non-refundable
• Fees are considered earned upon receipt

If a project is paused or canceled, WebBot Designs may, at its sole discretion, offer a service credit toward future work. Credits:

• Are not guaranteed
• Have no cash value
• Expire at WebBot Designs' discretion

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered or work performed.

• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting WebBot Designs constitute a breach of these Terms
• Documentation of delivered services, timelines, and communications may be used to contest chargebacks

Disputes should be resolved through communication and mediation as outlined below.

6. Third-Party Services (Important)

WebBot Designs does not directly bill for:

• Domain registration
• Website hosting
• Email services

These services are arranged separately through WebBot Services (WBS), a GoDaddy reseller. Billing statements may reflect DNH Domains, GoDaddy, or related entities.

WebBot Designs is not liable for outages, billing issues, or service interruptions related to third-party providers.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely content, feedback, and approvals
• Ensure supplied materials do not infringe on third-party rights
• Maintain backups of their own content

Failure to provide timely input may delay project completion.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Clients receive rights to final deliverables created specifically for them

WebBot Designs retains:

• Ownership of internal processes, frameworks, and methodologies
• The right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing

Third-party tools, plugins, fonts, and licenses remain subject to their respective terms.

9. No Guarantees

WebBot Designs does not guarantee:

• Specific search rankings
• Traffic levels
• Revenue or conversion outcomes

Digital performance depends on many factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• WebBot Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services

11. Dispute Resolution (Mediation First)

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith mediation conducted in North Carolina.

• Litigation may only occur if mediation fails
• Each party is responsible for its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law

12. Governing Law>

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:

• Non-payment
• Breach of these Terms
• Abusive, unlawful, or unethical behavior

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
